Whoever decides to take this on will face a mammoth of a task - the decision will be very much a subjective one as well as there's so many different things you can judge a restaurant or takeaway on. Yes, of course food must account for at least 90% of the score, but even that is down to ones taste buds. Just like Marmite - some people love it and some simply cannot stand it.
There's number of good guides though and the ultimate one for restaurants is the Michelin one. No one has ever tried to do something similar for takeaways though. However it would be an interesting challenge to get all menu reviews in one place.
